Warner Bros. Once Upon a Studio/Transcript

Taking place on April 4th 2023 when Warner. Bros. Pictures turned 100 years old, it’s employees are leaving the studios.

Intern 1: It’s so incredible to think that the Warner Brothers started their company 100 years ago today! To think of all those talented artists and wonderful characters that have been part of the studio over the years.

Intern 2: Yep, If only these walls could talk…

The camera switches over to a gallery of pictures, in the middle, the one that took place in the short “Rabbit Fire”. Suddenly, Bugs comes alive.

Bugs: Psst! Tweet. Tweety. You there?

Tweety: Certianly.

Bugs: Is that it? They all gone?

Tweety: Absolutely.

Bugs: Oh boy! This is it!

Tweety: Let's get the gang *whistles*

Then, Penelope Pipstop come out of their picture.

Penelope Pipstop: Ooh! That’s the signal. Come on y’all, It’s picture time!

Danny (Cats Don’t Dance): That’s tonight?

Dorothy: That’s now.

Krypto: 100 year group photo, and the sun‘s going down. Come on, let’s woof to it!

Ace the Bat-Hound: Alright then.

Suddenly, Jabberjaw comes out of his picture with a trumpet and almost squishes Ace the Bat-Hound.

Bugs: Picture time, guys! Yakko, Wakko and Dot come out of their pictures.

Dot: Okie-Dokie!

Wakko: Here we come!

The Warners: Boingy, Boingy, Boingy, Boingy!

Then, Yakko finds Tasmanian Devil’s picture

Dot: Wake Up! Wake Up!

Tasmanian Devil gets interrupted by Tom’s growl and nearly attacks him.

Then, It shows Lola Bunny with Buster Bunny, Babs Bunny and Plucky Duck, Blossom then comes on to the screen.

Lola: Oh, Superman! Get the folks upstairs!

Superman: Ok! Come on superheroes, Here we gooooooo!

Superfriends fly over the Warner. Bros. Studio.

Then, multiple gags come such as Lady Rainicorn files looping the hallway, followed by Cow and Chicken fighting with a Fight Cloud, Junior from Storks flying across the hall with Diamond Destiny, while reminding Ben 10.

Junior: We’re meeting in the lobby!

Ben 10: Ok! See you there!

More gags such as the Jetsons in their flying car, Superman taking Hogarth (The Iron Giant) for a fun ride.

Hogarth: *giggles* Higher!

The last gags, such as Freakazoid… coming down with a shirt? and then Velma coming down, with Mr. Limpet, who needs water.

Mr. Limpet: Water!

Velma rushes while multiple characters are in the Warner Bros bar.

Yosemite Sam: There’s no time for coffee!

Velma got to the Bar in time.

Velma: Harry! A little help?

Harry Potter: Ooh! Expecto Patronum!

Wonka then appears off the screen with his hat coming off with Mr Limpet getting in the hat. from the Magic Dust. Yakko (as a waiter) walks by.

Wonka: Oh waiter! There’s a carp in my hat.

Ice King from Adventure Time walks by with , both seeing an angry Gossamer trying to open a snack vending machine.

Gossamer: *angry mumbling*

Finn: Oh gosh! Uh...Your majesty. Do you think all the reboot characters will show up?

Ice King: Hmm… Not all.

Ice King freezes the TTG from escaping his picture.

TTG Cyborg: Aw, man!

Daffy Duck uses the elevator to come down.

Tin Man: *quietly* Going down?

Then, Slowpoke Rodriguez appears, walking very slowly.

Slowpoke: Hold the… elevator.

Daffy Duck: *mumbling*

It then shows Mumble from Happy Feet drawing Fred Flintstone, while humming the Flintstones theme.

PB the Wonder Pig walks by.

PB: Hey Penguin! Shake a leg will ya?

Mumble: The leg won’t make a difference, It’s all in the wrist.

Suddenly, Moxy comes out of the picture Mumble is drawing.

Mumble: Woah!

Moxy: I haven’t seen a fall like that since old school.

Mumble grunts and giggles.

Moxy: Oh! Much better.

Then it shows the boys room.

Johnny Bravo: *humming his theme*

Lola opens the boys door, covering her eyes.

Lola: Let’s move it gentlemen!

It then shows the “Histeria” characters pulling out Big Fat Baby.

Big Fat Baby: *squealing noises*

Anais walks by with some animals.

Anais: Uhu, Meeting in the lobby! Don’t eat those.

Meowrice from Gay Pur-ee is about to eat Pixie and Dixie, luckily, Spike barks at Meowrice, who then walks away.

It shows Courage the Cowardly Dog watching The Grim Reaper from The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy. Then Max and the Wild Things walking to the lobby walk by.

Eustace: Stupid Dog, come on or you’re gonna get nightmares.

Grim Reaper pops out and scares Courage, causing him to run away.

Eustace: Get off of me!

Courage: But.....but....

Eustace: Ooga Booga Booga!!

Courage: (Screaming!!) AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Montana Max jumps out of a picture frame holding bags of money, but Courage crashes into Montana Max which causes him to drop the bags of money he’s holding then Ami, Yumi, and Kaz walk by.

Kaz: Ooohh, free money!

Grim: (smirks) Gets them, every time.

Muriel: Eustace! (Whacks him and Grim in a heads with a rolling pin)

Eustace: OW! What did I do?

Grim: Ohh, my body

Rover Dangerfield: No respect, no respect at all.

The characters from the previous scene are waiting for Slowpoke.

Slowpoke: Thank you… for holding… the elevator.

It then shows Eduardo from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends walking into the elevator.

Eduardo: I am also going to the lobby.

Eduardo squeezes the characters.

Daffy: *angry squeals*

Pepe Le Pew falls in love with Wicked Witch of the West.

Pepe Le Pew: Come here! I love you!

Wicked Witch: Oh no no no no no no no…

They walk away.

(Bugs approaches a portrait of Jack M. Warner, Harry Warner, Albert Warner, and Sam Warner. He looks up wistfully at his creators.)

Lola Bunny: Bugs, where are you? We’re in the lobby!

Bugs Bunny: Heh, gotta go, but thanks, Friz, Chuck, Tex, and Mel. On with the show.

Juniper Lee (Holding door open for everyone): the coast is clear, Bugs.

Bugs Bunny: Right this way!

(Animated LeBron James walks into glass door by accident)

Bugs Bunny: LeBron! Are you okay?

Animated LeBron James: Never been better, Snoopy! (Trips over trash bin)

Aku: I’m surrounded by… (Touche Turtle and Elroy suddenly pop up behind Aku) IDIOTS!

Touche Turtle (Riding on top of Elroy Jetson's UFO and they fly around the water tower): Touche Away!

Bugs Bunny: Oh great, the ladder!

(Zilly walks in but ducks his head from the ladder that Porky is carrying)

Ron Weasley: Make it pink!

Ron makes the Warner Bros logo pink.

Hermione Granger: Ooh! *disappointed* Make it blue.

Hermione makes the logo blue.

Bugs: Alright everyone, Get, get together now.

Bosko walks in.

Bugs: Oh! After you.

Fred Flintstone: No touching!

Cyborg: Boo-yah! Ha ha! [hands Porky Pig a old-fashioned camera] It's is time, Porkster!

Porky Pig: T-t-thanks! [hums "Merry-Go-Round Broke Down" as he climbs up the tall ladder]

Bugs: Uh, Porky, careful...!

Porky Pig: [still humming] Alright now w-w-where's that t-timer b-button?

Joker: In three, two, one...

[Porky Pig then accidentally slips off the tall wobbly ladder while screaming, and the camera crashes to the ground, breaking into pieces. Then, Bunnicula grabs a piece of the camera and tries to take a bite out of it, but Mina Monroe pulls him away by his arm.]

Mandy (The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy): Well, that was fun!

Droopy: Maybe we can try again in another 100 years...

Scarecrow: Looks like we came a long way for nothing...

[Many of the character become disappointed and sad as they proceed to leave as the group photo has been ruined]

Bugs Bunny: [trying to remain positive] Wait, wait! Come back! We can work this out! [starts losing hope] We . . . can . . .

[Just as everyone is about to leave, we see Quick Draw McGraw, sitting on the sign of the Warner Bros. Theater, strumming the first notes of Casablanca's As Time Goes By, He is then joined by Sunny Bridges on the saxophone, Huckleberry Hound on the accordion, and Yosemite Sam [dressed like Sam from the film from Casablanca] on a small piano. Lola Bunny rests a hand on a moved Bugs' shoulder, and the song starts to lift everyone's spirits.]

Wilma Flintstone: The fundamental things apply . . .

[Her husband Fred then duets with her]

Wilma and Fred Flintstone: As time goes by . . .

Lex Luthor: [groans in annoyance, palming his face] I knew this was coming...

Space Ghost: And when two lovers woo..

The Iron Giant: They still say, "I love you"

Starfire: On that you can't rely...

Tulip [Storks]: No matter what the fu-

The Nerdlucks: [vocalizes "The future brings!", but is then cut off by Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo]

Shaggy Rogers and Scooby-Doo: As time goes by...

[Cutting to Fifi La Fume plays her harp, Meanwhile, several characters come together to help undo Porky Pig's mistake. Li'l Sneezer sneezes so forcefully that the camera's remains fly into Porky's hands. Then, Maxwell from Scribblenauts uses his magic notebook to repair the camera. Wonder Woman, utilizing her super strength, sets the ladder back on its feet. Finally, Glinda the Good Witch waves her magic wand, surrounding Porky with magical, sparkly pixie dust, which levitates him upward over the ladder as he places the camera on top and presses the timer button.]

Background chorus:

[Dorothy Gale then takes Sawyer Cat's hand]

Dorothy Gale and Sawyer 🎵 Cat: It's still the same old story... 🎵

Dorothy then takes Nefer's (from Mummies, 2023) hand

Dorothy, Sawyer, and Nefer: 🎵 A fight for love and glory... 🎵

Yakko Warner: A case of do or- [Yakko gets playfully pounced by his younger brother Wakko] Do or die!

Michigan J. Frog: [takes off his top hat as he is being held in Bugs Bunny's hand] The world will always welcome lovers . . .

[The shot of Michigan J. Frog zooms out to show all the Warner Bros. characters gathered together]

All of WB: 🎵 As time goes by 🎵

[As the huge cast poses and smiles for the picture, the Great Gazoo suddenly appears on the screen, snaps his fingers, and transitions the scene to reveal the successfully taken group photo in a frame with a nameplate at the bottom center that reads "The Studio That Dreams Are Made Of." Then fades to a final tagline that showcases the history of all the Warner Bros. logos, from old to new, culminating in the centennial "Celebrating Every Story" logo at the center, ending the animatic]

The credits roll with a piano version of “As Time Goes By”.
