The Animal Squad is a upcoming 2020 action comedy film directed by Brian Iles and John Holmquist and written by Brad Copeland, Joshua Sternin, and Jeffrey Ventimilia. It stars an all-star cast consisting of Freddie Prinze Jr., B.J. Novak, Eden Sher, A.J. Michalka, F. Murray Abraham, David Tennant, Thomas Middleditch, Toks Olagundoye, Peter Capaldi, Michael Pena, Stephen Stanton, Sandra Dickinson, Judy Greer, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne, Selina Griffiths, Colin McFarlane, Barbara Goodson, Beth Littleford, and Morwenna Banks. Due to the violence and a droping of the "F' bomb, the film was slapped with a PG-13 rating. The film is scheduled for a release on April 10, 2020 by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures through 20th Century Studios.
