Established in 2024, it has branched as an entertainment division from Mad Man Ninja Studios, a proeminent video-game developer and publisher. The company is an international enterprise with subsidiaries in Asia and South America.
The studio was founded by Mad Man Ninja as part of Mad Man Ninja Entertainment and has been led by himself, who serves as its president, since its foundation.
