Hearing that Oroku was heading to New York for some reason, Hahen followed him. But suddenly he was captured by robots (the same ones the turtles where fighting) and took him to a lab, with four orphan boys. An alien creature named Krang uses the mutagen to turn the four boys into mutant turtles, while turning Hahen into a mutant rat. He and the four turtles were able to escape from the lab and escaped into the sewers. There, Hahen not only renamed himself as Splinter, but also taught the four turtles his knowledge of ninjitsu. Splinter and the four turtles meet new allies and enemies, before they finally killed Oroku/Shredder. After Splinter and the TMNT told their story, they conclude that their reasons for coming to Japan is to regain control of the Foot Clan with the paper of Oroku/Shredder's conspiracy and for Splinter's right to lead the Foot Clan. Kari contacts Krang that she has redrive the ancient rock. Happy to hear the news, Krang teleports himself to where Kari is located by using his portal gate, while also bringing along Granitor and Traag to district the TMNT and Splinter. He even shows her a hologram recording of Krang and Oroku having a conversation about Kari, which it reveals that Oroku would have no use for Kari after she served her purpose. He Kari goes on her knees and sheds tears from her eyes. Krang then reveals that he was also using Oroku for his own gain. Now that Splinter is being recognized as the head of the Foot Clan by the council, he revealed himself. Donnie's detection device shows that Krang's technodrone is detected at a Japanese coastline. Leo suggests using their mech to attack the technodrone. But Tatto reassures Ranmaru that Gamera will be just fine. As the four of them look around the ruins, Kari notices some wall painting of two giant beings fighting each other. Splinter recognize the two giant beings as the Demon Shredder and Daimajin. He starts telling them the story about how in ancient times the Demon Shredder terrorize Japan. A Japanese clan used the ancient rock to create the Daimajin statue to defeat the Demon Shredder. But in order to give the statue life. a priestess offered her life so that Daimajin will come to life. Daimajin was able to kill the Demon Shredder. Daimajin not only turned back into a statue. Splinter concludes that the Japanese Clan called themselves the Foot Clan after Daimajin's giant foot, and that the Daimajin statue disappears. Kari mentions that the ancient rock is the same rock that Krang has his hands on, and that Daimajin might be somewhere near the shrine. As Splinter, Kari, and Tattoo look around the shrine from the outside, Ramaru looks around the shrine from the inside. He suddenly stumbles upon a secret entrance that only he can find for some reason. He finds himself in a volcanic cave, where he discovers the Daimajin statue, and where Gamera appears from one of the lava pools. Ranmaru asks Gamera about how to awake the Daimajin statue. Gamera looks towards the platform that's near the Daimajin statue. As Splinter, Kari, and Tattoo arrived at the cave, Ramaru gets absorbed by the Daimajin statue. The statue's eyes start glowing.
  • Back at the technodrone at a Japanese bay, Krang talks to himself that his ancestors tried to take over Earth but were thwarted by the guardian kaiju of Earth. By now that has the ancient rock, he can create his rock titan, just before he begins the process of making his rock titan. Suddenly the alarm turns on and a screen of some kind reveals the turtles in their mechs are heading towards the technodrone. He turns on the technodrone's defenses, just before he continues creating his rock titan. The turtles where able to destroy all the technodrone's defenses. But they're too late to stop Krang, as Krang finishes creating the rock titan. Krang orders his rock titan to destroy the turtles. The TMNT have trouble fighting the rock titan in their separate mechs. So, the TMNT combined their mechs into the turtle mecha. The TMNT were able to get the upper hand against the rock titan by using the turtle mecha. But suddenly Krang merges with the rock titan, becoming the Krang Titan. He was able to get the upper hand against the turtle mecha. As things start to get grime for the TMNT. when all of a sudden, they notice Gamera flying towards them, while carrying Daimajin by the shoulders. The four of the go inside the cockpits where the TMNT are piloting the turtle mecha (Kari with Leo, Splinter with Donnie, Tattoo with Mikey, and Ranmaru with Raph). As Gamera, Daimajin, and everyone else in the turtle mecha get ready to fight, Krang Titan states that no one can stop him, just before they clash. Even though their battle against Titan Krang was tough, the willpower and spirit of the five of them gives them the power to destroy the body of the rock titan. Krang (still gigantic in size) tries to escape. But Gamera was able to incinerate Krang into ashes. After the battle, Daimajin starts crumbling into pieces and his spirit goes up towards the sky. Ranmaru explains to everyone that after he was absorbed into Daimajin the spirit of the Japanese priestess tells Ranmaru that his time isn't, forcing Ranmaru out of Daimajin and onto Gamera's hand. Mikey suggest that Gamera should the fifth TMNT. But the other three TMNT remind Mikey that Tokka is the fifth TMNT. Mikey decided to make Gamera as the sixth TMNT, then states that he's out of fingers. Gamera roars in triumph. Mikey thinks that it's a yes for being the sixth TMNT. Gamera flies back to Mount Fuji. Everyone says their goodbyes to Gamera.
  • The epilogue shows the TMNT returning to New York in the mechs, confident that they can live without Splinter (but can still visit him on available times).
