Plot[]

The robbers broke into a bank in Townsville at night, stole the money, and drove through the streets. The Powerpuff Girls are here to beat up these robbers, but the girls have to drive around their mistake, have the robbers arrested by the police officer, and save the day. The girls are having fun flying around Townsville during the day, including over the ocean, land, and air. The mayor and Ms. Bellum had to go on vacation this week, and a new lady in charge of the mayor is Moody. She is always pleasant to others, but she is very interested in what the Powerpuff Girls are up to. Moody has been monitoring the girls, and they need to be careful not to let her know what they are up to.

Then, unexpectedly, they break a glass window in the city, and Moody reacts for the girls who broke the window; she is stunned, and the Powerpuff Girls knew they were in trouble, but she will accept their apology. Despite this, Moody is still determined to figure out what the girls are up to and makes sure that she keeps an eye on them from then on. Moody tests what the girls are doing with their superpowers in her office, but she begins with an evil plan to get rid of them. Despite her initial evil plan, Moody soon realizes the true potential of the Powerpuff Girls, and she allows them to use their powers to fight crime in Townsville. They failed, however, because she allowed them to use their powers without superpowers, including The Powerpuff Girls, because something was wrong with their powers.

The girls were considering regaining their powers late at night when they noticed a "WANTED" poster. Because the people of Townsville believed that the Powerpuff Girls had done something wrong and were now criminals, they decided to disgrace themselves for their own protection. The next day, Moody decided to help Blossom fix everything without her sister because she wanted to show everyone that they still had what it takes to be superheroes without their superpowers. Blossom finished the mission, but Moody changed her mind, betrayed the Powerpuff Girls, and turned evil. Moody decided to leave Blossom and make her find a place to get out before exploding, but when the Townsville citizens were ready to give up hope, the other Powerpuff Girls arrived and rescued her.

Blossom decided to split up with them after they rescued her because she believes Moody is evil, so Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup decide to walk away here without superhero assistance. Despite the risk of danger and the fear of not having her superhero friends at her side, Blossom decided to take on the responsibility of saving Townsville by herself, leaving Bliss alone because she was trying to say, "Don't give up girls." Blossom made her own path forward, determined to prove that she and the other Powerpuff Girls could save Townsville by themselves. The Powerpuff Girls will be brave and try again to defeat Moody right now, regardless of any potential danger that may lie ahead.

Then Moody made a Powerpuff Girls robot try to destroy the girls. Blossom and her sister were willing to take on this new challenge, undeterred by the fear of failure or the potential danger of facing Moody's robot. In the final battle, Moody creates the giant civil war drone that's used to destroy the girls Despite the immense risk and odds against them, Blossom and her sisters fearlessly stepped forward. But she has control over it, causing the girls to be killed and nearly dying. Blossom and her sister fought bravely, not giving in to their fear. With their electric power, the girls have a new powerful weapon that shocks the drone out of control. By using her electrical powers, Blossom was able to shock the drone out of control, regain control of the situation, and defeat Moody, who sent her into another realm and never came back.

At the Powerpuff Girls' victory, Blossom and her sister realized the potential of their electric power and how it could be used to fight injustice and evil. Townsville citizens cheered for The Powerpuff Girls, as they had used their superpowers to restore peace and safety to their city. And so once again the day is save thanks to The Powerpuff Girls. The Powerpuff Girls were celebrated for their courage and heroism.
